What a wonderful experience it was working with the team at My Kitchen & Bath in Herndon, VA. They started and finished within the estimated times they gave us, and the price estimates they gave for our tub to shower conversion, half bathroom upgrade and complete guest bathroom renovation were all on point down to the penny. (There were no surprise costs!) Duncan, the Design Lead, took great pains to help us get exactly the bathroom upgrade materials that we were seeking – and helped us stay within our budget. This included doing additional research for us to find a shower tile (other than white) for our tub to shower conversion. A tile that truly complemented our existing ceramic tile flooring. Our project manager Sam was always available to answer our questions and address any concerns we raised. He was also great about offering very helpful suggestions during the work. Kevin and his team did a great job and were always professional and respectful. Kevin and the team maintained a high focus on quality workmanship and paid attention to detail for each of the bathroom projects.
